Gilenya is an oral medication for the treatment of patients with relapsing forms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The medication reduces the frequency of flare-ups and delays physical disability. One of the known side effects of Gilenya is a slow heart rate (bradycardia). This side effect may result in dizziness, fatigue and heart palpitations, and usually occurs within six hours of a patient taking the first dose of Gilenya. The heart rate will usually return to normal within a month of first taking Gilenya.

Martinotti, Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage. Presently, approximately seventy-five lawsuits have been filed in New Jersey against Johnson & Johnson, the parent company of DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. This litigation, which is expected to include hundreds of patients who had been fitted with a defective DePuy ASR hip implant, was centralized to Bergen County in April 2011 by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. As Co-Lead Counsel, Mr. Lapinski shall be a liaison between the Court, defense counsel and all Plaintiffs counsel, and is responsible for designating and selecting Plaintiffs’ counsel to serve on any sub-committee that may be formed.

Mr. Becker, Chairman of the Board of Wilentz, started his career as a summer clerk in 1957 and in 1960, after graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School and completing a year as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Copenhagen he become a member of the firm. Locascio, a sitting Municipal Court Judge in Monmouth County, was found not guilty of drunk driving, refusal to submit to a breath test and reckless driving.
