Mr. Pannella, who has been a practicing debt finance attorney since 1984, is the shareholder in charge of the firm's Public Finance Team and is currently a member of the firm's Management Committee. Prior to becoming a shareholder of the firm in 1990, he practiced for over six years in the public finance department of the New York City law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pannella served during 1982 and 1983 as an assistant counsel to then Governor Thomas H. Kean, where he worked primarily on the Governor's various state level financing programs for transportation, local public sector solid waste disposal, sewerage treatment and water supply projects. Such programs included establishment of the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority and Environmental Trust Fund, the state financing authorities for transportation projects and local public sector sewerage treatment/water supply projects.
