Biographical Information:
Albertina (Abby) Webb is an associate with the Family Law Team, predominantly at the firm’s main office in Woodbridge, New Jersey and occasionally in the Eatontown, New Jersey office. Ms. Webb concentrates her practice on family law issues such as divorce, custody, support, dissolution of domestic partnerships, enforcement or modification of marital agreements, equitable distribution and post-judgment enforcement and modification. She handles matters from inception through trial. Ms. Webb litigates the validity of pre-nuptial and property settlement agreements, as well as engages in motion practice to set them aside or for enforcement.
Ms. Webb is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, ATLA - Family Law Division and Ocean County Bar Association. She has been selected to act as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County. She has also been selected as a Master for the 2009-2011 Haydn Proctor Inn of Court in Monmouth County. She was appointed to the following New Jersey State Bar Association Committees for the 2009-2010 year: Appellate Practice Committee, Drugs and Alcohol Abuse Committee and Children's Rights Committee. In addition, she was selected to participate on the following Ocean County Bar Association Committees for the 2009-2010 year: Family Law Civil Practice Committee programs, Mock Trial Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
Ms. Webb is also licensed to practice in New York where she focuses her practice on family law issues, including divorce, custody, support and post-judgment enforcement.
