Biographical Information:

Kevin Berry is a shareholder in the firm's New York office and has been a member of the firm’s Mass Tort/Class Action team since 1987.  Mr. Berry and his team represent more than 5,000 victims of occupational and environmental injuries in New York and New Jersey, including those caused by asbestos, lead, toxic chemicals, defective pharmaceutical products and dangerous consumer products.  In addition, they represent plaintiffs throughout the United States involving consumer fraud, hazardous products and health care fraud.  Mr. Berry has tried numerous cases to verdict and has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts for victims of asbestos disease. He regularly speaks at local and national meetings of unions representing a variety of trades, on issues concerning occupational safety and health.

Mr. Berry is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  While in law school, Mr. Berry was Articles Editor for the St. John's Law Review.
