Gordon Golum to Present Lorman Webinar "Understanding New Jersey Public Contracts and Procurement Laws"

Gordon Golum will present at this webinar, which will address the complex and varying purchasing laws of the State of New Jersey and inform private parties seeking contracts with governmental agencies and governmental agencies involved in negotiating contracts and soliciting bids from the public. The discussion will cover the complex and varying purchasing laws of the State of New Jersey applicable to State and local government.

There will be a brief review of other relevant laws, such as New Jersey Pay-to-Play laws applicable to State and local government contracts. In addition, the topic will provide insights into specific issues related to construction, professional services, and solar contracts, that government entities may want to address before soliciting bids or proposals.
