Justin Hollander is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Redevelopment groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A.
In connection with his real estate practice, Mr. Hollander works collaboratively with other team members to help clients achieve their business objectives with cost-effective results for a wide range of mixed-use, commercial, industrial, institutional and redevelopment projects of varying size, including redevelopment, loan financing, leasing, property acquisitions and sales, and dispositions of real estate.
His redevelopment work includes addressing the various legal issues that arise as part of a redevelopment project, including the preparation of redevelopment plans, redevelopment agreements and financial agreements. Mr. Hollander also regularly interfaces with governmental entities and conducts analysis of tax abatement/exemption programs and other State incentive programs. Clients who have benefited from his advice over the years include major developers in New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Hollander serves as General Counsel for a local redevelopment agency.
Mr. Hollander is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, and serves on the Alumni Board of Seton Hall University School of Law. In his free time, Mr. Hollander enjoys volunteering his time coaching competitive youth lacrosse.
