Justin Hollander is an associate on the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Team for Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer. He practices as part of the Wilentz cross-disciplinary team which addresses the various legal issues that present as part of an overall redevelopment project, ranging from the Preparation of Redevelopment Plans, Tax Abatement Agreements, Redevelopment Agreements Financial Agreements, Approvals related to Land Use and General Development Plans, interfacing with Governmental Entities, providing Real Estate Agreements, and creating and/or Conveying Corporate Entities for Redevelopment Projects.
Mr. Hollander’s practice focuses on the representation of Redevelopment and Land Use clients. He interacts with other team members and other teams in the firm on matters including transactions and leasing, mortgages and litigation to ensure seamless client service. Mr. Hollander assists clients with a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects of varying size.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hollander worked with the Rutgers Office of Technology Commercialization assisting with various innovation, tech transfer, material transfer and clinical trial arrangements. He also worked as a contract attorney with Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. in its Health Care Government Investigations Practice Group.
Mr. Hollander is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
