Ms. Kelly A. Erhardt-Wojie is a shareholder in the Banking and Financial Services group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. For over 20 years, she has focused her practice in banking and real estate. With respect to her banking practice, Ms. Erhardt-Wojie represents several lending institutions in a broad range of commercial and residential transactions in both New York and New Jersey, including acquisition and construction financing, participations and assignments. Ms. Erhardt-Wojie’s real estate practice includes representing private developers in contract negotiations, acquisition, financing, leasing, and sales.

Prior to joining Wilentz in 2000, Ms. Erhardt-Wojie practiced in Monmouth County where she focused on title insurance litigation and all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and sale.

Ms. Erhardt-Wojie is committed to maintaining a very active presence in various Bar Associations, as well as her community and her family. She is a member of the New Jersey State, Middlesex County and Monmouth County Bar Associations, where she participates in the Real Estate and Land Use Sections. She is also a member of the Commercial Lending Committee of the New Jersey Bankers Association and has lectured on several occasions on the topic of Commercial Real Estate Financing.

A devoted mother of three active teens, Ms. Erhardt-Wojie supports and participates in her children’s school and sports activities, and she serves on the Board of the Greater Newark Holiday Fund. For almost 20 years, Ms. Erhardt-Wojie has been a member of the steering committee for the Kislak Real Estate Institute’s annual Leadership Excellence Award Dinner at Monmouth University, as well as the planning committee for the annual Collier Youth Services Golf Outing. Previously, she co-chaired the annual Christmas party for Head Start children for the Monmouth County Bar. She was also entertainment chair of the Colts Neck Country Fair for nine years, as well as a Steering Committee member for the annual Community YMCA Gala.
