Meredith Friedman Receives the Young Lawyer of the Year Award and the Service Award


Meredith Friedman received the 2018 Young Lawyer of the Year Award, presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Young Lawyers Division, for her “significant community and public service contributions” and for defining herself “in the areas of professional knowledge, skill, integrity and courtesy.” The NJSBA also awarded Ms. Friedman with the 2018 Service Award for “outstanding service on behalf of the NJSBA as a Delegate to the ABA.”

The awards were presented to Ms. Friedman on May 16th during the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention held in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Actively involved in the professional legal community, Ms. Friedman serves as Executive Board Member and Middlesex County Representative of the NJSBA Young Lawyers Division. Through the NJSBA, she has dedicated her time and experience to various pro-bono matters involving Hurricane Sandy relief and prisoner re-entry programs.
