Angela Scafuri to Moderate Morris County Bar Association Legalpalooza Seminar on Addiction Issues in Family Law Litigation

Angela Scafuri will moderate a panel for the Morris County Bar Association (MCBA) Legalpalooza 2018 Seminar entitled “Navigating The Changing Legal Landscape in New Jersey: The Opioid Crisis and the Legalization of Marijuana.” Ms. Scafuri, joined by Hon. James DeMarzo, Superior Court Judge, Family Part, Morris County, and Michael Pallarino, Esq., Chair of the Family Law Section of the Morris County Bar Association, will provide an overview of how addiction issues impact family law litigation, with an emphasis on custody and parenting time issues. MCBA Legalpalooza 2018 will feature former Governor Chris Christie as keynote speaker.

The MCBA CLE Legalpalooza includes 7 separate CLE courses, running in three tracks from 1:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. Attendees will select two seminars that will run 75 minutes each that will carry 1.5 credit hours for each seminar.
