Angela Scafuri to Present at New Jersey Association for Justice Matrimonial Law Seminar

Angela Scafuri will present “The State of Alimony in New Jersey After Post Amendment Rulings: Case Update” at the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) Matrimonial Law seminar, part of the NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar 2018. Ms. Scafuri and the other panelists will review key alimony cases subsequent to the 2014 Amendment to the Alimony Statute and provide useful tips on addressing sophisticated alimony issues in divorce litigation.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.8 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 6.6 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial trial law.
