Lisa Gora to Present on Medical and Recreational Cannabis at American Health Lawyers Association Annual Conference

Lisa Gora, Wilentz attorney and Secretary to the Cannabis Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, will present at the American Health Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference. Ms. Gora will provide an overview of federal law and state law related to cannabis, the implications of the 2018 Farm Bill, and the legal and practical challenges for hospitals, physicians, and cannabis-related businesses in connection with medical marijuana.

The American Health Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference provides educational and networking opportunities for health law practitioners from all over the country to share views on legal issues facing the health care industry.
