Michael F. Schaff, Wilentz Cannabis Law Co-Chair and NJSBA Cannabis Law Committee Co-Chair, will moderate the NJICLE webinar entitled “New Jersey Marijuana Law Update,” which will provide an update of the law involving cannabis in New Jersey. Lisa Gora, Wilentz corporate attorney and NJSBA Cannabis Law Committee Secretary, will join the 5 speaker panel to discuss the recent medical marijuana program expansion in New Jersey and the permit application process for operating alternative treatment centers following the July 1, 2019 announcement by the New Jersey Department of Health.
The webinar will also provide timely industry updates in connection with the New Jersey medicinal marijuana program, as well as expungement, taxes and the potential challenges that New Jersey employers may face in navigating issues surrounding legalized marijuana.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.
