Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff, co-chair of the Health Law, Corporate and Cannabis Law practice groups, will moderate the NJICLE 2019 Health Law Symposium and present “Private Equity Investment in Healthcare: Legal Issues Affecting Medical Practices.”
Presented in cooperation with NJSBA Health Law Section, the annual conference will provide an opportunity for those who represent hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, medical insurers, commercial or tax clients to learn the latest developments in health law, including issues relating to case law, regulatory changes, insurance, licensing, consolidations, collections, cannabis, and ethics, among others.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.6 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
