Wilentz Shareholder and Cannabis Law Co-Chair Michael F. Schaff will moderate and present with Seth R. Tipton, Esq. a program entitled “Livin’ La Vida Loca: Update on Cannabis Law in New Jersey and Puerto Rico” at the New Jersey State Bar Association 2019 Mid-Year Meeting. Mr. Schaff and Mr. Tipton are Co-Chairs of the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee.
The distinguished panel also includes Senator Nicholas P. Scutari (22nd District); Assemblyman Herb Conaway Jr., M.D., J.D.; Assemblywoman Annette Quijano (20th District); Goodwin Aldarondo, Esq., CEO of Puerto Rico Legal Marijuana LLC; and Henry Rinder, CPA, ABV, CFF, CGMA.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 credits.
