Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Managing Partner in Philadelphia Daniel S. Bernheim, 3d, Elected President of the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. announced today that Daniel S. Berheim, 3d, has been re-elected as President of the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners  for another term. Mr. Bernheim is the managing partner of the firm’s Philadelphia office and is a member of the firm’s management committee.

As Board President since 2017, Mr. Bernheim has spearheaded key initiatives, including rewriting the Township Zoning Code and other ordinances to reduce the number of false fire alarms in Lower Merion, focusing resources to improving traffic safety and better managing stormwater concerns. He has served on the Board for seven years, including as Vice President in 2016.

In addition to his duties as President of the Board of Commissioners and Wilentz’s managing partner, Mr. Bernheim serves on the Board of Directors of Lower Merion’s Fire Department, as President of the Montgomery County Township Commissioner’s Association, and as President of the Board of the Timber Trails Community Association in the Poconos.  As the managing partner of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.’s Philadelphia office, Mr. Bernheim focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on various banking and creditor matters as well as real estate, professional liability and shareholder/partner disputes.
