Wilentz Shareholder Lynne Kizis Sworn in as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice

On June 15, 2018, Shareholder Lynne Kizis of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. was sworn in as the President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) at the organization's annual Installation Dinner in Long Branch, New Jersey.

Following the path to eventually become the President of the NJAJ, Ms. Kizis has served on the organization's Executive Committee since 2011, and on the NJAJ/ATLA-NJ Board of Governors since 1999.  Ms. Kizis is a Shareholder at Wilentz and co-chair of the Mass Tort/Class Action practice, where she co-leads the firm's prominent mass tort litigation team and concentrates her practice on litigating claims of personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and economic loss due to hazardous substances including asbestos, silica, talc, lead, and toxic chemicals, as well as unsafe pharmaceutical products and medical devices, and defective consumer products.  Notably, Ms. Kizis tries complex cases to verdict and has successfully and passionately represented clients in trial and appellate courts for thirty years. She is a frequent moderator and speaker on a variety of continuing legal education topics and has served on numerous court committees.

Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey.
