Daniel Bernheim, 3d, Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. managing partner in Philadelphia, has been elected President of the Eastern Conference of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Commissioners (PSATC).
Founded in 1925, PSATC represents Pennsylvania’s 92 first class townships and their elected governing officials before the Pennsylvania General Assembly and the Commonwealth’s various agencies.
In addition to his duties as President of the Eastern Conference of the PSATC and Wilentz’s managing partner, Mr. Bernheim serves as President of the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners, is on the Board of Directors of Lower Merion’s Fire Department, serves as President of the Montgomery County Township Commissioner’s Association, and as President of the Board of the Timber Trails Community Association in the Poconos. Mr. Bernheim focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on various banking and creditor matters as well as real estate, professional liability and shareholder/partner disputes.
