Wilentz Shareholder and Employment Law practice Chair Maureen Binetti has been honored by the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ). On October 18, Ms. Binetti received a Trial Bar Award, presented to her by the TANJ in “recognition of excellence, given by peers to trial attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the cause of justice.”
Ms. Binetti is a certified Civil Trial Attorney and has litigated employment disputes for over 35 years in New Jersey state and federal courts. In addition to her employment law litigation practice, Ms. Binetti often serves as an independent investigator of employment claims, and, as a state-approved mediator of employment claims.
