Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer real estate and redevelopment Shareholder Anne S. Babineau has been named to Monmouth Health & Life’s 2020 list of Top Lawyers. The annual listing reflects survey results of “some of the best attorneys in the region,” across more than 28 practice specialties.
Anne is member of the firm’s multi-disciplinary commercial real estate team. She and other attorneys on the commercial real estate team represent clients in every facet of development and redevelopment, and managing private, public and public-private projects of all shapes and sizes. The selection of lawyers for inclusion is based on a survey that Monmouth Health & Life contracted with a research firm with a nationwide clientele to facilitate an online peer-vote process and create a Top Lawyers list. Attorneys throughout the county were asked to select peers whom they deem are the best within their practice area and whom they would seek out for particular legal needs. The aforementioned organization is a private peer review organization, not court specific public certification vehicle.
