Wilentz Counsel Joshua S. Kincannon has been appointed to serve as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Product Liability and Mass Tort Section. The Product Liability and Mass Tort Section reviews all civil liabilities arising from product liability statutes in addition to all toxic and hazardous substance liabilities. Mr. Kincannon is a long time member of the Section and previously served as its Treasurer.
At Wilentz, Mr. Kincannon focuses his practice on representing victims injured by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs in addition to other serious personal injury, wrongful death cases and class actions.
