Wilentz Shareholder Daniel J. Kluska has been appointed by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) to serve as Construction Counsel as part of its outside legal panel. The NJBA is the leading trade association for the construction industry in New Jersey that was founded in 1948. Mr. Kluska was approved and sworn in with the new NJBA officers and other legal counsel at the NJBA Board of Directors meeting held on January 20, 2021.
In his construction law practice at Wilentz, Mr. Kluska represents owners, builders, developers and general contractors in construction defect litigation and transition litigation matters.
