Daniel J. Kluska and Christopher J. Keating to be Recognized as “New Leaders of the Bar” by The New Jersey Law Journal

The New Jersey Law Journal has named Wilentz Shareholder Daniel Kluska and Associate Christopher Keating as “New Leaders of the Bar” honorees for 2021. The award honors attorneys that “bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table.” 

In his business and commercial litigation practice at Wilentz, Daniel represents owners, developers and contractors in construction defect matters and other lawsuits, and many other businesses and individuals in complex cases involving a wide array of allegations. He also serves as Construction Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association, the leading trade association for the construction industry in New Jersey.

At Wilentz, Christopher Keating represents plaintiffs in injury, consumer, employment, and class action cases in New Jersey. A former Deputy Attorney General, he also uses his knowledge and skills gained as a white collar prosecutor to represent criminal defendants and those targeted by state and federal government investigations.
