Anthony M. Osbourne to be Recognized as a "New Leader of the Bar" Honoree by The New Jersey Law Journal


The New Jersey Law Journal has named Wilentz Associate Anthony M. Osbourne as a “New Leader of the Bar” honoree for 2022. The award honors attorneys that bring forth “both notable achievements and outstanding potential.”

In his banking and financial services practice at Wilentz, Anthony represents lenders and borrowers in a wide array of complex commercial financing transactions, mainly in the leveraged finance and sponsor financing arena. In addition, he handles asset-based lending transactions, commercial and industrial financing, and commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing.

Anthony serves as the Vice Chair of the Resource Development Committee of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Union County, and as Chair of the Bylaws Committee of the Board of Directors for the Middlesex College Foundation. Additionally, he is a member of several industry associations, including the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Management Association, where he serves on the Board of Governors as a member of the Young Professionals Committee.
