Wilentz Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Health Law Group, Grace D. Mack has been named an NJBIZ 2023 Leaders in Law honoree. The award was conferred during the award ceremony hosted by NJBIZ on May 25 at The Palace at Somerset Park.
Grace, also a valued member of the Corporate Law Group, serves as a trusted legal advisor to hospitals, physicians, professional practices, surgery centers, laboratories, NJ medical and professional societies, other health care providers and businesses; focusing on the business aspects of health care law in connection with a wide range of transactional, corporate, regulatory and governance matters.
Deeply involved in the legal education of healthcare professionals, Grace has contributed to prominent publications of the American Health Lawyers Association. She serves as editor of the Wilentz Health Law Check Up newsletter, providing guidance to hundreds of physicians and healthcare businesses on recent legal developments.
