Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome Jo Ann Gambale as Counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates team. Jo Ann concentrates her practice in the planning and administration of estates and trusts, tax planning, fiduciary accounting and in tax controversy and litigation.
Jo Ann advises clients in the development and administration of estate plans and various types of trusts and related documents used in both simple and complex estate planning. On the tax side, she prepares estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and private foundation income tax returns.
Jo Ann earned her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University in 1989. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and California.
