Sean Wirth is an associate in the Family Law Department at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Sean has extensive experience handling all matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support. Previously, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard W. English, Monmouth County Superior Court, Family Division.
In 2013, Sean completed an Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and participated in the Hugh B. Pearce Trial Competition. He is an adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College, where he teaches the Paralegal Family Law course.
He had several speaking engagements, including the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2016 Annual Meadowlands Seminar. This three-day seminar was exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial attorneys and featured outstanding local and regional speakers as well as top national speakers. In addition, Sean spoke at the 4th Annual CLE End-Of-Year New Jersey Matrimonial Law Seminar presented by New Jersey Legal Training Academy, LLC.
