Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff to Moderate NJICLE’s “Latest Developments in Cannabis and Psychedelics Law” Program

Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff, co-chair of the Corporate, Health, and Cannabis law practice groups, Past Co-Chair of the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee, and Past Chair and current Executive Committee Member of the NJSBA Health Law Section, will co-moderate the program entitled “Latest Developments in Cannabis and Psychedelics Law” presented by NJICLE and the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee. The program will provide an overview of cannabis law and changes since New Jersey passed laws and regulations governing the recreational use of cannabis. The program will also have segments on ethics, dispensary operations and finance planning, monetizing your client’s innovations on a national scale, a hemp update, a litigation update and finally, the newest topic in regulated substances law – psychedelics.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.9 hours of total CLE credit, including 0.7 in Ethics (Full Credits Available: NJ Ethics: 0.7, NJ General: 6.2).
