Our commercial real estate lawyers have extensive experience with multiple or portfolio properties, improved office, commercial and multi-family properties, Section 1031 exchanges and assemblage of land for development including brownfields sites and acquisition for redevelopment purposes through both private transactions and the use of eminent domain.
Wilentz lawyers represent developers and owners with respect to the structuring, and operation of various mixed-use and common interest developments featuring shared parking, open space, and amenities such as schools, golf courses, marinas, water features, environmental and open space reservations, sports arenas and retail facilities.
