Our Land Use Attorneys
The team interacts with other teams in the firm on matters such as transactions and leasing, construction agreements and litigation, so that clients obtain representation from contract or lease negotiation to the issuance of building permits. Team members regularly lecture for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), Lorman Education Services and the New Jersey Builders Association. A number of them are contributing authors to the published two-volume treatise Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey: Third Edition (ICLE 2010). Attorneys participate on several advisory committees of our clients’ trade organizations. These committees interact with legislative and administrative agencies on statutory and administrative proposals and policies. The team includes three past chairs of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Section Board of Directors. Other organizations include the Middlesex County Bar Association, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), the Industrial Commercial Real Estate Women’s Association, New Jersey Builders Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
