“Because of the financial legacy to my family, it gives me strength to face the future.” – Former Client (2013)
“In my role as an attorney, I speak on behalf of people involved in personal injury, products liability and asbestos litigation. I offer a quote from a client to help demonstrate that the most rewarding aspect of what I do is achieving deserved closure, and the ensuing peace of mind, for each of my clients and their families. My practice focuses on representing injured victims – some who simply went to work to do their jobs and provide for their families, all while unknowingly being harmed by asbestos exposure. Through my accumulated knowledge and litigation experience, it has been my privilege to have successfully helped numerous mesothelioma and lung cancer victims and their families obtain the justice they deserve in state and federal courts. I am emotionally committed to the people I represent; from initial client contact, up through and including trial, I offer careful guidance throughout the ordeal with the compassion, dignity and respect each of my clients warrant.”
