Edward Kole and Tracy Armstrong will present at this NJICLE seminar, entitled “Business Litigation: The Year in Review." Mr. Kole will discuss business disputes-unfair competition, restrictive covenants, covenants not to compete, covenants not to solicit, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Armstrong will explore employment disputes, specifically wrongful termination and discrimination.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit towards certification in civil trial law.
