Edward Kole to Moderate and Speak at ICLE's “Business Litigation – Year in Review” Program

Edward Kole will moderate and present at the “Business Litigation - Year in Review” ICLE program, which will address developments impacting business and commercial litigation law practices, including the latest on business courts to arbitration, wrongful termination and discrimination suits, and shareholder issues.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit towards certification in civil trial law.
