Lynne Kizis is President-Elect of the NJAJ and will present at the Personal Injury – Artisans of Advocacy Seminar entitled “The Year in Torts in New Jersey: The Top 10” from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and at the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus Seminar on the topic of “Changing the Rules of the Game: Embracing the #MeToo Movement” from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Kevin Roddy will deliver a presentation on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) entitled “Federal RICO and New Jersey RICO: Litigation & Trial” from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Business Torts Seminar.
