Lynne Kizis will speak at NJICLE's third annual New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference, updating attendees on Asbestos Bankruptcy Settlement Trusts and where they can properly be included on the jury verdict sheet. Sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association's Product Liability and Mass Tort Section, the conference will provide the latest information for preparing and presenting New Jersey asbestos cases.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 7.2 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
