David Stein to Present at NJCPA Business Valuation and Litigation Services Conference

David Stein will present "Bankruptcy, Litigation and Uncovering the Fraud" at the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) Business Valuation and Litigation Services Conference. The presentation will cover the different forms of bankruptcy, the role of a trustee or fiduciary in finding and recovering assets, the role of an accountant in the context of the investigation and detecting the nature and extent of a fraud in a financially troubled business.

Founded in 1898, NJCPA is the largest professional organization serving the needs of Garden State CPAs and aspiring CPAs. The organization represents the majority of New Jersey CPAs in public practice, including business, government and education, through a variety of education, networking, leadership and volunteer initiatives.
