Edward T. Kole to Moderate First Annual Federal Pro Bono Institute

Wilentz Shareholder and Litigation practice Chair Ed Kole will moderate the First Annual Federal Pro Bono Institute: The Essentials of Handling a Pro Bono Matter in the District Court of New Jersey – Tenets, Ethics Issues and More.  Mr. Kole will be joined by a distinguished panel of speakers comprised of Hon. Anne E. Thompson, Former Chief Judge, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Hon. Stanley R. Chesler, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, Hon. Lois M. Goodman, U.S.M.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Trenton, Natalie J. Kraner, Esq., Lowenstein Sandler LLP, Jack O'Brien, Chief Deputy of Operations, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Prof. David White, Director, Conflict Management Program, Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark.  The First Annual Pro Bono Institute is presented by The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, United States District Court and the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey.

This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
