Wilentz shareholder Michael F. Schaff will present on the topic: “Healthcare Comes to Main Street: Understanding the Legal Issues Presented by Retail Medicine” at the 9th Annual “J. Barrett Benton” Health Law Section CLE Program, hosted by the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) Health Law Section.
The Health Law Program is a full day seminar and will provide an opportunity to hear the latest developments in health law. The topics of interest include healthcare fraud and abuse trends, legal and ethical issues in informed consent, legal issues in retail medicine and physicians/payer combinations.
