Wilentz Shareholders Lynne Kizis and Will Shih will present at the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Trial Skills Series, Part One, which will be co-sponsored by the Union County Bar Association. The series will also include participation by judges and other trial lawyers. The programming for Series Part One will include Pre-Trial Preparation: Intake Through Discovery and Trial Preparation, and discussions about developing a theory and theme to drive discovery, evidentiary foundations during discovery, case organization, and telling your client’s story through witnesses and documents.
This series has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 3.5 hours of total CLE credit for each session, including credits towards civil trial certification.
