Darren M. Gelber to Present at NJICLE Criminal Law Institute

Wilentz Criminal Defense Chair Darren M. Gelber will present and moderate a panel discussion entitled "Victim or Defendant? The False Complaint and Prosecutorial Discretion" at the 13th Annual NJICLE Criminal Law Institute. 

Co-sponsored by the Criminal Law Section and the Certified Attorneys Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the program features a distinguished panel of seasoned criminal defense attorneys, prosecutors and judges, addressing the latest legal issues presented by sexual harassment and sexual assault, the false complaint and prosecutorial discretion, plea negotiation, and ethical issues in the criminal defense practice. 

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
