Wilentz Shareholder and Mass Tort/Class Action Co-Chair Lynne M. Kizis will discuss ethical issues in handling asbestos cases at the Fourth Annual NJICLE New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference.
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Product Liability and Mass Tort Section, the program will feature New Jersey asbestos mass tort judge, the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, and leading practitioners in the area of asbestos litigation, who will share their insight on how to prepare and present asbestos cases in New Jersey.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.9 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
