Darren M. Gelber to Moderate NJICLE Challenges in Criminal Law Practice in the Time of COVID-19 Live Webcast

Wilentz Criminal Defense Chair Darren M. Gelber will moderate and present a live webcast entitled “Challenges in Criminal Law Practice in the Time of COVID-19” for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The distinguished panel of seasoned criminal law practitioners and members of the Administrative Office of the Courts will address how the criminal law practice is adapting to the challenges brought by COVID-19, including procedures for processing defendants and handling exhibits, logistics for signing documents and plea forms, communications with adversaries, clients and witnesses, and public access to the courts.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit.
