Wilentz healthcare and corporate attorneys Michael F. Schaff, Alyson M. Leone and Lisa Gora will conduct a live webcast for the New Jersey State Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education entitled “Fundamentals of Representing Physicians: Employment, Buy ins, Ownership, Affiliation Models & Private Equity.” During the presentation, they will discuss a range of issues facing physicians related to their practices, including employment contracts, medical practice ownership, sale of a practice, and alignment strategies. They will also address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on physician practices.
The webcast is presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Health Law Section. Mr. Schaff and Ms. Leone are Past Chairs of the Section while Ms. Gora currently serves as its Vice Chair.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit.
