Wilentz President and Managing Director Brian J. Molloy to Present at NJSBA 2020 Annual Meeting and Convention Virtual Symposium

Wilentz President and Managing Director Brian J. Molloy will join New Jersey Supreme Court Justices Jaynee LaVecchia and Anne M. Patterson, and United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey Hon. John Michael Vazquez to present “10 Things Lawyers Should Do in Litigation.” Mr. Molloy will discuss depositions of party witnesses and expert witnesses. The panel is part of the Certified Civil Trial Track of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2020 Annual Meeting and Convention.

The virtual symposium will feature continuing legal education with tracks covering areas of law including family, criminal, real property, municipal court, diversity and inclusion.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 credits (50 minute hour).
