Brian J. Molloy and Edward T. Kole to Present NJICLE “Trial Advocacy Summer Institute” Two-Day Webcast

Kole will join a panel comprised of leading trial lawyers in New Jersey to discuss key aspects of trial practice: opening statements, direct and cross examination of lay witnesses, direct and cross examination of expert witnesses, and summation. The New Jersey State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education two-day webinar “Trial Advocacy Summer Institute” is designed for trial attorneys and general practitioners who are interested in sharpening their trial techniques, overcoming discovery and witness emergencies, and exploring the art of impeachment, rehabilitation, and methods of attacking expert witnesses.

Presented in cooperation with the American College of Trial Lawyers, this program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit.
