Wilentz Shareholder Lynne M. Kizis, Co-Chair of the Mass Tort/Class Action team, will present the live webcast “Ethical Issues Facing Asbestos Litigators” during the NJICLE 2020 New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference. Ms. Kizis will join a distinguished panel of speakers that includes the Honorable Ana Viscomi, JSC, the New Jersey designated asbestos litigation judge, and other leading practitioners in the area of asbestos litigation to discuss how to prepare and present New Jersey asbestos cases.
Ms. Kizis is Past Chair of the NJSBA Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section and Immediate Past President of the New Jersey Association of Justice. She is also Contributing Author of the NJICLE New Jersey Mass Tort & Class Action Treatise.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 5.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
