Brian J. Molloy to Serve as Panelist at “10 Things Lawyers Should Do in Litigation – COVID-19 Edition” NJICLE Webcast

Wilentz President and Managing Director Brian J. Molloy will join Justice Jaynee LaVecchia and Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and Hon. John Michael Vazquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for a panel discussion moderated by David Kott, Esq. at the NJICLE webinar “10 Things Lawyers Should Do in Litigation - COVID-19 Edition.” The panel will share their views of the top things lawyers should do in litigation, keys to writing a convincing brief, persuasive oral argument techniques, pointers for dispositive motions and appeals, tips for taking depositions and examining experts, and conducting trials. The panel will also cover the current state of trial and appellate procedure during COVID-19 and how lawyers can present themselves and their clients in the best light using virtual platforms.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
