Michael F. Schaff and Lisa Gora to Present at NJICLE’s 2021 Health Law Symposium

Wilentz Health and Corporate Law Co-Chair, Past Chair of the NJSBA Health Law Section, and NJSBA Trustee, Michael F. Schaff, will moderate the NJICLE’s 2021 Health Law Symposium, which will address the latest developments relating to case law, regulatory changes, DOH developments, and cannabis and post-acute care. Wilentz shareholder, current NJSBA Health Law Section Chair, and NJSBA Cannabis Law Committee Co-Chair, Lisa Gora, will present “Medicinal Cannabis-The Legal and Practical Considerations for Physicians, Hospitals and Post-Acute Care Facilities.” The session will address the regulatory changes in New Jersey’s cannabis industry and the path for healthcare providers to offer medicinal options in post-acute care.
