Wilentz Shareholder and Public Finance attorney Everett M. Johnson will join a panel to present the ethics session, “Navigating Ethical Challenges in the Hybrid Work Environment,” at the 2022 Hybrid Institute hosted by the National Association of Bond Lawyers. The session will address the challenges that stem from a hybrid work environment, particularly appropriate maintenance of files, client communications, remote supervision and training of junior attorneys and legal support staff, and the balance of work and home life.
The two-day hybrid conference will feature insights from experts in the municipal finance industry to address the new trends, best practices, and challenges affecting the municipal finance practice, advanced tax, securities, and public finance law.
CLE ethics credit is available for this 75-minute session. Registrants that attend the two-day conference in person or virtually may earn up to 12 live CLE credits.
