Wilentz Shareholder and Criminal Defense group Chair, Darren M. Gelber will present “The Art of Plea Negotiation: The Prosecution and Defense Perspectives” during a webinar through NJICLE. Mr. Gelber will join other criminal law practitioners, from both sides of the aisle, to provide useful information and knowledge on the art of plea bargaining. The panel will expand on key aspects of plea bargaining, which can be crucial in your life and the life of the defendant client.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit, out of which 3.3 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in criminal trial and municipal attorney, and 3.3 qualify as hours of credit for new attorneys.
