Darren M. Gelber to Present at the NJICLE 17th Annual Criminal Law Institute

Wilentz Criminal Defense Chair Darren M. Gelber will co-present the session entitled "Evolution of Miranda," during the 17th Annual Criminal Law Institute hosted by NJICLE.

The 17th Annual Criminal Law Institute features some of the state’s most respected judges and attorneys who will address today’s most important topics, including issues and concerns in getting back to court, the latest on investigating police shootings, discovery and the use of electronic and internet evidence. The annual ethics segment addresses ethical issues specific to criminal law practitioners.
